By accessing and using Sirjna ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sirjna provides planning and execution systems for civil engineers, including exam diagnostics, study plans, career planning tools, engineering calculators, and study abroad guidance. We do NOT guarantee exam passes, job placement, or admission to educational programs.

3. No Guarantees

Sirjna provides systems, diagnostics, and guidance. We do NOT guarantee:

  • Passing the FE or PE exam
  • Job placement or employment
  • Admission to educational programs
  • Visa approval or immigration outcomes
  • Any specific career or academic outcomes

4. Intellectual Property

All content on Sirjna, including diagnostics, study plans, calculators, and written materials, is original and owned by Sirjna or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission. We do not use copyrighted NCEES, PPI, EET, or other third-party content.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information in your profile
  • Using the Service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Not sharing your account credentials

    • 6. Refund Policy

    We offer refunds within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Service. After 7 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at contact@sirjna.com for refund requests.

    7. Limitation of Liability

    Sirjna is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to exam failures, job search outcomes, or educational admission decisions.

    8. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
